Happy Hill Ministries

Founded August 29, 1986

2900 Winifred Avenue, Zellwood, Florida 32798

Dr. Darrell D. Reid, Founder of Happy Hill Ministries, and a God fearing Staff, after much prayer and fasting seeking God’s wisdom and blessings, have established the following  by-laws to direct the affairs of this Ministry, believing these by-laws to be in accordance with the word of God. The purpose of these by-laws is to establish a solid foundation of directions for all actions taken by this Ministry: Trustees, Deacons, Directors, Staff and Members; to be based on the examples set by Jesus Christ and the Apostles, committing this Ministry to be dedicated to God and requiring that all of those who choose to be, and are accepted to be, a part of this Ministry to have a servant’s heart towards all of God’s people throughout the community and the world, helping, in any way possible, any and all that may come our way, if only taking the time to pray with, or for them, or reading the Bible with them, hoping to show or lead them to a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Furthermore, it will be demanded that the members of this Ministry must work towards presenting God’s teachings from the Holy Bible to the World, and above all, and even more importantly, strive to keep themselves and this Ministry, without spot or blemish before the world and our God.
