Introduction, Goal and Mission
It is our mission to teach our called ministers the skills necessary to do God’s work wherever they find themselves, whether it is in the field or in a Church. To be fully ordained by Happy Hill Ministries, our ministers will be watched in the field of their calling, while at the same time completing biblical academic exercises and assignments to strengthen their biblical knowledge and spiritual awareness. Minister must study to show themselves approved able workman rightly dividing the word of God.
Levels of Certification
Upon enrollment and acceptance in our training program our students are called CHRISTIAN WORKER M.I.T., (Minister in Training) after successful completion of the entry studies, students take an evaluation exam and upon successful completion can apply for our next level of training and become an EXHORTER M.I.T., after successful completion of studies here, students take an evaluation exam and upon successful completion can apply for our next level of training and become a, Licensed Ministers Certificate. After completion of studies, students take a final evaluation exam and upon successful complete will receive their full Ordination Certificate. So, within as little as 4 years a students work at there own pace can complete our program as quickly as they are able. Understand that academic grades, but more importantly actual field evaluations will be considered before any student can apply for Certificates.
Information given on Student Applications, once verified, can place a student in and advanced level depending on Christian and life studies, previous Church position and other life experience.
Credentials from Happy Hill Ministries officially recognize a minister’s God-given ministry which has already been proven. These credentials are given so that our ministers may have the benefit of equal rights by law and in business with ministers of other religious organizations.
CHRISTIAN WORKER CREDENTIALS
This certification is issued to a person who has a call on his or her life to work for the Lord in some field other than that of preaching, pastoring or evangelizing. This may include Choir Director, musician, Sunday School Superintendent, teacher, hospital visitation worker, house-to-house visitation, altar worker, usher, street or jail service worker, or a ministry other than that of preaching.
This certification is issued to a person that is working part-time, who is not supported through his or her ministry; a person who is working under the leadership of a more mature minister. This credential is to be used by all those who have felt the call to preach and are just starting out in the ministry. The person holding this credential may preach, hold revivals, or do other religious work of any type under the direction of a Licensed or Ordained Minister. This credential must be held by all beginning ministers for a period of 9-12 months before applying for higher credentials
LICENSED CREDENTIALS (to preach)
This certificate may be issued to those ministers who are working part-time or full-time as a pastor or evangelist, conducting services. These credentials will be issued only AFTER a minister’s first year of ministry.
This certificate may be issued to those who have been pastors or evangelists for four years or more. Applicants for this credential must have a mature and proven ministry. An applicant’s life must be above reproach.
Applicants for License and Ordination must have experienced the Baptism of the Holy Ghost according to Acts 2:1-4. Each application is considered individually by the Credential Committee. All questions on the application must be completed before it will be presented to the committee for consideration. Failure to present a completed application may result in delay in approval and processing of the credential applied for.

Our students must be born again through faith in Jesus Christ and professes Him before the world, and displays the signs of said profession, and who has reached the age of eighteen. Parents are allowed to stand in the gap for their attending children.

I Name of Minister, knowing that God’s Holy Word plainly states that it is better to not make a promise that to make a promise and not keep it. (Ecclesiastes 5:5 KJV) Promise to be a loyal and faithful serpent of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and a Minister of his Gospel, practicing and preaching the Word of God as written in His Holy Word according to King James. I will also be Faithful and loyal to the By-Laws of Happy Hill Ministries and the Mission thereof, my Overseeing, Administering and Governing Fellowship/Association, and give tithes and offerings to same as commanded in the Word of God, knowing that these tithes and offerings will help with the continuance of this Ministry dedicated to spreading the Gospel of Christ Jesus. Furthermore, my giving of, and signing of this oath, is testimony that I agree with and will support the Beliefs, Mission and By-Laws of this Ministry and will participate and support all activities of this Ministry and it’s Founders and at no time will impugn the integrity thereof.
Article 1: Principal Office
The principal office of this fellowship will be located at the founder’s home,

Article 2: Members and Membership
Those desiring to become a member of Happy Hill Ministries must adhere to the belief that according to Scripture:
a. Jesus Christ was born of a virgin as is stated in Isaiah and
b. That Jesus Christ died for us and was raised from the dead as is stated in
I Thessalonians , Acts -24, I Thessalonians and in
I Corinthians 15:3-4
c. That we must be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ according to Acts , Acts 8:16, Acts 10:48, Acts19:5, I Corinthians 1:13, 15 and Galatians 3:27. Matthew 28:19 states that we should baptize in the name of Jesus Christ and Philippians 2:9 tells us that God gave Jesus that name and is above every other name. All that we do in word or deed we are to do in the name of Jesus as stated in Colossians 3:17.
d. To give of their tithes and offerings according to Malachi 3:10 to Happy Hill Ministries to support the work of God through Happy Hill Ministries.
Membership will be granted upon:
a. Notification to the founder of their desire to become a member.
b. Founder’s Approval.
c. Right hand of fellowship extended by the Founder, staff and/or congregation.
Article 3: Meetings
Annual Meetings: The Annual Business Meeting comprised of the Board of Trustees/Directors and all others shall be held at the Founders home of record, on the First Sunday of January of each year. The Founder may change the date, place and time if deemed necessary with proper notification.
Special Meetings: Special meetings of the Ministry can be called by no less than 3 agreeing members of the board or by the Founder alone.
Regular Meetings: Regular Meetings of the Board shall be held monthly on such date as the Boar
Notice of Meetings: Special meetings called by anyone other than the Founder must be presented in writing and followed up by reminding phone contact, the week prior to the meeting with the reason for sai
Quorum: The quorum must represent at least 50% plus 1 of the voting members of the Ministry.
Article 4: Seal
The seal is three crosses on a grassy hill, with a purple robe on the center cross and a sunburst in the background and will be on all stationary and in other appropriate places, including the patch of all Preachers in our Biker Outreach, and can be modified from time to time to meet the needs of the occasion as long as the original theme is in place and not disrespected.
Article 5: Board of Directors
The number of members of the Board shall be determined pursuant to law, by resolution of the Founder and the Board entitled to vote, but shall not be less than three (3) and should always be an odd number.
a. The election of Directors/Trustees shall be held at the annual meeting by the existing Board.
b. Directors/Trustees shall be elected for a maximum term of one (1) year.
c. Directors/Trustees shall hold office until the expiration of the term of their election and shall continue in office until their respective successors shall have been duly elected and qualified.
d. One of the Directors/Trustees shall be the Founder who holds office for life. The Founder shall also be the chairman of the board.
e. The Board of Directors must support the Ministry with their tithes, offerings, works and attendance to Ministry missions, meetings and special events unless excused by the Founder.
f. If any Director/Trustee should have more that 3 consecutive unexcused absences from monthly board meetings they will be dismissed from their position. Directors can only be excused from meetings by the Chairman of the Board. Directors must contact the Chairman well in advance of any meetings to obtain said excuse.
Article 6: Vacancies in the Board
The founder, after due prayer and consideration may appoint anyone to any position on a 90 day trial basis. A resignation from the Board of Directors shall be deemed to take effect upon notice to the founder or receipt in writing to the secretary, unless some other time is specified therein. Article 7: Compensation
Director’s as such, shall not receive any compensation stated for their services, but on resolution of the Board, a fixed sum for expenses of attendance, if any, may be allowed for attendance at each meeting, regular or special. Provided that nothing herein contained shall be construed to preclude any Director from serving the Ministry in any other capacity and receiving compensation thereof. Article 9: Appointment/Guidelines of Ministerial Staff
Section 1: Our Founder has been appointed by God for an indefinite period of time. Another Trustee will substitute as necessary, in the event that the Founder is unavailable for any reason. If the Founder is accused of wrong doing, the accuser will use the following steps according to Galatians 6:1-8.
a. Prayer – Examine yourself and your motives according to Romans 8:33. If unresolved:
b. Meet with the Founder on matter in questions. If unresolved:
c. Meet with the Founder and Elders according to Matthew 18:15-17.
Section 2: Assistants/Trustees have been appointed by the Founder and/or the Board. And can be, removed by the Founder alone and/or the Board for any unresolved offense. In the event that the individual is overtaken by an offense, the accuser will use the following steps according to Galatians 6:1-8.
a. Prayer. Examine yourself and your motives according to Romans 8:33. If unresolved:

c. Meet with Founder and one other Trustee on the matter in question. If unresolved:
d. Meet with Founder and the Board according to Matthew 18: 15-17.
Section 3: Any member of the Ministerial Staff: Deacons, Elders, Secretary or Treasurer that is overtaken by an offense, shall be subject to the same steps put forth in Section 2 of Article 9.
Article 10: Ministerial Staff
The Ministerial Staff shall be comprised of the Founder, who will Chairman as well as senior Director, and an appointed Assistant who shall be the Vice Chairman, a Secretary, and a Treasurer, this is the Ministerial Staff. Members shall be chosen by the existing Ministerial Staff or appointed by the Founder and shall hold office until
replaced (except the Founder who holds the office for life per Article 5 above, whose successor shall be elected by God, and the Assistant per Article 9, Section 2).
Additional Staff members may be appointed from time to time as determined by the Ministerial Staff members or the Founder, who may also appoint one or more Assistant Secretaries and or Assistant Treasurers, and such other officers and agents, as it may, form time to time, determine necessary.
Any appointed Staff member may be removed at anytime upon the decision of the Founder or Board except the Founder, who holds his office for life, in any case the member will receive a full explanation of why. In the case of the absence of any officer, or for any other reason which the Ministerial Staff may deem necessary, the Ministerial Staff may delegate the powers or duties to any other Ministerial Staff member, provided a majority of the whole Ministerial Staff concurs thereon, (excepting the powers and duties of the Founder and his Assistant).
Article 11: Duties of Ministerial Staff
All Ministerial Staff Members must maintain a consistent prayer life as directed by Christ in Matthew 26:40-41.
The Founder will be the spiritual overseer of the Ministry and all Churches Chartered by the Ministry, and shall direct all activities. He/She will be Chairman of the board and preside over all business meetings, or in his absence his appointed Assistant, if any, or next ministerial staff member of authority, Secretary then Treasurer. The Founder has veto power over any decision made by any member, committee or department if he deems it against the will of God or not in the best interest of the Ministry. He shall be the deciding factor of all committees and departments. The Founder shall arrange for all the fellowship services, special meetings, conventions or revival campaigns. No person shall be invited to speak or preach in the Fellowship without the Founder’s approval.
The Founder’s Assistant must be willing to assist whenever and wherever needed within the Fellowship, including but not limited to, hospital calls, baptisms, and visitations. The scope of responsibilities will be directed by the Founder according to the needs of the Ministry.
The Deacon’s/Usher’s shall be the custodians of the real property of the Ministry. They shall meet as a group, as needed for prayer before performing their duties as necessity deems. They are subject to the call of the Senior Deacon who shall act as Chairman.
The Secretary shall record the minutes of all Boar
The Treasurer shall record all financial transactions of the Ministry which may be committed to their office. They shall deposit all funds in a reputable banking institution in the name of the Ministry, and shall disperse the same by check, as authorized by the Founder. The Treasurer shall keep an itemized account of all transactions. The Treasurer shall present an itemized report of all transactions at all scheduled Boar
Article 12: Compensation of the Ministerial Staff
The Ministerial Staff members shall receive compensation proportionate to their powers and duties as determined by the Board of Directors.
Article 13: Elections and Vacancies / Ministerial Staff
If an appointment is not made by the Founder, the Ministerial Staff shall be unanimous in the selection of qualifying candidates according to the 12th Chapter of Romans. Then the Board at a scheduled business meeting will, by secret ballot vote on said candidate. To constitute an election, fifty (50) % plus 1 shall be the majority vote of all votes cast.
Article 14: Youth Outreach
The Youth Outreach is designed to educate our young people by example and activities toward the Ministry of Jesus Christ. This shall be regulated by the revelation of Gods Holy Word given to us through prayer and study.
To become a member of the Youth Program, the candidate must show a desire for holiness and be mentally and spiritual ready to show Christian.
Article 15: Biker Outreach
Our Biker Outreach is designed to reach out to Motorcycle Clubs of all types to provide a Light in the Darkness. Those who are members of this Outreach Program should wear the Happy Hill Ministries Patch designed after our Ministry Logo as posted in Article 4. See Board of Directors for Officers. Members wearing this Patch are all duly sworn Happy Hill Ministers. The Patch is given for Life, as long as the wearer is serving God and will only be taken upon due process of the Articles in these By-Laws or by the Founder if flagrant or unrighteousness is found out about said wearers. Furthermore, there will be a monthly meeting of the HHMM (Happy Hill Motorcycling Ministers) lead by the President or in his absence the Vice President to keep up with their agenda. The HHMM will have their own duly elected Officers, as stated above see Board of Directors for Officers.
Article 16: Church Charters
All Chartered Churches of Happy Hill Ministries will adhere to all the by-laws stated herein, and will be overseen by the Founder and subject to he, and the Board of this Ministry. By-Laws for each Charter must be presented for approval and acceptance.
Article 17: Amendments
These regulations and By-Laws may be amended, or repealed by the affirmative vote of a majority of the Directors empowered to vote thereon at any meeting called for and held for that purpose, notice of which meeting shall be given pursuant to law, or without a meeting, by written assent of the majority of Directors entitled to vote thereon.
